The book 'Timeout' tells the author's story of finding God in the darkest moments. It emphasizes the importance of pausing, reflecting, and taking a true TIMEOUT to discover one's path to peace.

My blog is about learning how to pause in the pain instead of rushing past it. Rooted in John 10:10, I write about the tension between the life Jesus promises “life to the full" and the very real pain, loss, and struggle we experience. This space is where faith meets honesty, where I slow down long enough to sit with God in the middle of hard seasons, and where healing begins not by avoiding pain, but by acknowledging it with Him.
