Beyond the Pain
I didn’t leave my pain behind, I outgrew it and growth happened.
There was a season when pain spoke louder than peace, when perseverance felt like survival,
and faith meant holding on with tired hands and surrender happened.
But time passed. God stayed.
Then something shifted and trusting God happened.
Pain no longer swallows me. Peace walks ahead of me now and spiritual maturity happened.
I learned that rest is not quitting.
Stillness is not weakness and trusting God does not require striving. But God… happened.
I gave myself permission to breathe twice even, ( you try it “BREathe” x2) to believe again, to seek God’s presence without any apology. Feeling freer, Clarity and Joy happened.
Perseverance did its work and when it was finished, peace remained and Calmness happened.
Pain is behind me and Purpose is before me.
Peace is where I stand and living life abundantly John 10:10 knowing my “Worth” happened.
